Site dedicated to the renovation of Peter Igo Park which is located in Brant Rock, Massachusetts.  The Peter Igo Park Initiative (PIPI) is spearheaded by volunteers from the Marshfield Tennis Club.

Thank you to Blue Cross & Blue Shield for selecting Friends of Peter Igo Park as one of the non-profit organizations to be included in their 2021 Service Day (9/23/21). A great team of hard working and fun volunteers made a big difference in keeping the Park in top shape. Here are some picture of the volunteers in action.


Did you know that Peter Igo Park was named after Peter Igo, Marshfield’s first Director of Recreation and that the Park was dedicated on July 3, 1976? Click here to read the original dedication letter!

Welcome to Peter Igo Park!

Renovated in 2014 and situated on 17 acres abutting the Green Harbor River, Peter Igo Park is Marshfield's most popular recreational park. Residents and visitors can enjoy a multitude of recreational activities including:

Tennis (3 regulation courts and 4 dedicated 10 and Under courts). Click here to visit Marshfield Tennis' website and see what tennis programs are being offered at the Park!

Bocce (2 regulation courts). Loaner bocce balls are available at the DAV across the street from the park.

NEW!!! Volleyball comes to Peter Igo Park! Have some fun on the newly installed, professional quality volleyball court. A loaner volleyball is available at the DAV across the street from the Park.
